Counsel for accused submits that he needs some more time to scrutiny of documents and chargesheet. Today, an application seeking permission to withdraw the surety bonds in terms of order dated 28.10.2025 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. Submissions heard. Record perused. Record reveals that accused was granted interim bail by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 28.10.2025 alongwith two sureties bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each. Sureties bonds were accepted on 30.10.2025. Thereafter, vide order dated 16.02.2026 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the accused was granted regular bail alongwith one surety bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/-. Surety bonds were accepted on 18.02.2026. In view of the regular bail granted to the accused and bail bonds were accepted, two FDRs in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each furnished at the time of interim bail be released -- 1 of 2 -- -: 2 :- to the rightful owners, subject to verification and against acknolwedgment. Application is disposed off accordingly. Put up for scrutiny of documents/further proceedings on 09.07.2026.
