It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for complainant that
vide order dated 18.12.2025, quashing petition filed by the
accused before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has been
dismissed. It is further submitted that accused is on interim bail till
02.02.2026 and out of Rs.15 lacs, he has paid Rs.12,75,000/- lacs
to the complainant as a condition for the grant of interim bail.
I have carefully perused the charge sheet, FIR,
statement of witnesses and documents annexed with it. There is
sufficient material on record for taking cognizance of the
offence. Accordingly, I take cognizance of the alleged offences.
There is sufficient material on record to proceed
against the accused. As he is present in the court, the requirement
of issuance of summons is dispensed with.
Copy of charge-sheet, complete in all respect, be
supplied to the accused against written acknowledgment.
Put up for S/D and further proceedings on
26.02.2026.
