Accused Sumit is stated to be on court bail, however, his BB/SB
are not on record. Ahlmad is directed to place the same in file before NDOH.
An application seeking exemption from personal appearance has
been moved on behalf of accused Mohd. Mustafa. Heard. Perused. For the reasons
stated in the application, exemption is allowed for today only.
Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of accused Sumit.
However, considering that the matter was listed on 02.01.2025, which was
holiday, no adverse orders are being passed against him today.
PW Ct. Satya Parkash, HC Atul Suhag are absent despite service. In
the interest of justice no adverse order is being passed against them today.
Issue fresh summons to the above named witnesses for NDOH
