It is submitted that the accused persons have received the
complete chargesheet and documents. Accordingly, section 207 of
Cr.P.C./230 BNSS stands complied with qua them.
Today, application filed on behalf of accused Rahul for
release of jamatalashi articles is pending for disposal.
Reply to the said application received. IO stating that pesonal
search articles can be released to the rightful owner on production of original
bill as it is not required for investigation.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
In view of same, let jamatalashi articles be released to the
rightful owner as per personal search memo of accused Rahul and rules.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
Copy of this order be given dasti to
applicant/accused Rahul.
Let notice be issued to the IO to appear in person and apprise
the status of FSL result for the next date of hearing.
Put up for consideration on the point of charge on 21.12.2026.
