I have gone through the charge sheet including the statement of
witnesses along with the other relevant material on record.
On the basis of material on record there exists prima facie case against
accused Prince only for offense u/s 317(2) BNS, hence cognizance is taken.
In so far as the accused Ravi is concerned, in the considered view of
this court, there is no prima facie material on record for proceedings further against
the said accused, therefore, the cognizance against accused Ravi is declined.
Issue summons to the accused Prince, returnable for the next
date of hearing.
Also issue notice to complainant Vinay Kumar, returnable for
NDOH.
Put up for exploring possibility of settlement / further proceedings
on 22.10.2026.
