Today, fresh vakalatnam is filed on behalf of the
complainant. Same is taken on record.
It is requested by LAC that he be discharged from the present
case, since, the complainant has hired a private counsel.
Submissions heard.
Sh. Ravinder Gaur, Ld. LAC stands discharged from the
present case.
It is submitted by EO SI Sandeep that the complainant was
not residing with her deceased husband since 2004 and that the deceased
was in live in relationship with the alleged Sunita. That the deceased died
in the hospital and that the postmortem could not be conducted, since, the
dead body was already cremated.
On the other hand it is submitted by the complainant that
alleged Sunita gave “ sukha tejab” to her husband and also gave him
electric shock. That she has CCTV footage of the incident in which 5-6
persons can be seen entering the house in order to give electric shock to
her husband. That despite request, EO did not take the footage from her.
That she is not satisfied with the enquiry done by the EO.
