This is a fresh matter.
Heard. Perused.
In view of the mandate of Section 223 of the BNSS, let Court notice be
issued to the proposed accused(s) to appear before the Court and to argue as to why no
cognizance should be taken of the present complaint.
Let Court notice be issued through all permissible mode including the e-
mode by the Nazarat Branch upon filing of PF by the complainant.
Complainant is directed to file an affidavit verifying the correctness of
email ID/whatsapp number of the proposed accused.
The complainant is apprised that, if it is so desired, he/she can deposit the
physical case file of the present complaint containing all the original documents
including the cheque in question, return memo bearing seal/stamp of the concerned
bank, legal demand notice, proof of service of legal demand notice and its reply, if any.
Complainant is directed to file the process fee, postal envelopes and copy of
complaint along with all documents physically within 10 days, mentioning the details of
the case etc. for issuance of notice to the proposed accused(s). Reader cum Ahlmad is
directed to preserve PF form, service report, postal/courier envelopes and upload
scanned copies thereof on the LAYERS 2.0 as well as on mirror image of file on cloud
subject to availability of space on cloud.

Proposed accused(s) is/are directed to appear before this court through
video conferencing on the Cisco Webex application through the permanent Cisco Webex
VC Room ID 1769049636 or physically in Court room no. 106, New Extension
Building, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. Parties can access information pertaining to working
of Digital NI Act Courts through the link https://delhicourts.nic.in/digitalnicourts.html.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to visit the Digital Court Work
Station at 5th floor, Porta Cabin-F, Rohini Court for submitting the PF/RC between
2.30pm to 3.30pm.
Ld. Counsel is directed to keep a scan of the postal receipt of notice and file
tracking report before NDOH.
Asst. Ahlmad is directed to do the needful.
Put up for hearing on the point of cognizance on NDOH.
In view of the the nature of the offence, let the matter be placed before the
Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025 at Rohini Court.
In case the matter does not get settled, put up before Court on 28.06.2025.
