On 13.05.2026 and 21.05.2026, on filing of the
applications for cancellation of NBWs, this court stayed the NBWs
issued against the accused persons. Considering that the accused
persons have appeared, NBWs issued against them stands cancelled,
subject to cost of Rs.500/- each. Applications stands disposed off
accordingly.
On oral request, accused Ankur Barman is admitted to
interim bail, subject to furnishing of personal bonds in the sum of
Rs.10,000/-. Personal bond is furnished. Same is perused and
accepted till the next date of hearing.
Copy of charge-sheet, complete in all respect, be
supplied to the accused persons against written acknowledgment.
Accused Mohit submits that he is presently residing at
Vill-Sewapur, District-Shamli, Uttar Pradesh.

residing at H.No.RZ-173, Plot No.25C, Gali No.2A, Durga Park,
New Delhi-110045.
