North District is received and same is perused.

endorsement of SHO and ACP concerned is also annexed with the aforesaid report.

Let the copies be supplied to complainant.
SI Pooja states that during inquiry it transpired that the case of the
alleged incident falls within the jurisdiction of PS Pahar Ganj, therefore the given
complaint has been sent to the said PS for inquiry.
In view of the above, let a notice be issued to SHO PS Pahar Ganj
for filing report stating as to whether any FIR has been registered in the
aforesaid complaint or not, returnable for the next date of hearing.	returnable for the next date of hearing.
