This court is of the opinion that accused is deliberately and
intentionally avoiding appearance before the court and his presence can not
be secured otherwise than by taking coercive steps.
In these circumstances, issue fresh process u/s 82 Cr.PC, on
filing of PF within 15 days, to be executed through concerned SHO,
returnable for 10.02.2027.
The process u/s 82 Cr.PC should be executed in the following
manner:-
1. By reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town.
2. By way of affixation in conspicuous part of the house.
3. By way of affixation in some conspicuous part of the court.
The process is directed to execute the process atleast 30 days
before the NDOH.
