that the accused is not appearing deliberately and delaying the present case.

filing of PF returnable on next date of hearing.

Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he could not appear earlier as there
were several matter and he had to go to Dwarka Court in one such matter.
This is a digital Court and even if the counsel or the accused was in the
Dwarka Court, they could have appear earlier in the day through VC. Infact, at this stage
also the accused and his counsel has appearing through VC.
Be that as it may.
Since the accused has appeared, his NBWs are cancelled and he is given a
strict warning to appear on time on future dates of hearing.
Put up for CE on date already fixed i.e 12.08.2025.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he does not have copy of complaint.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the complaint copy on the email-id
