Mr. Manoj Mishra, Ld. Counsel for accused with accused.
NBWs issued against the accused received back unexecuted with the report
that wife of the accused wsa found at the given address, who stated that accused has went
his village. Same be taken on record.
An application for cancellation of NBW has been filed on behalf of accused
on 17.09.2026 alongwith fresh vakalatnama on the ground that he was not well. In view of
the grounds mentioned in the application, NBW against accused are cancelled, accused is
warned to be careful in future.
Offence being bailable in nature, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing
personal bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 4,000/-.
Bail bond and surety bond not furnished. Time granted till next date of
hearing.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he does not have copy of complaint.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the complaint copy to the accused
during the course of the day.
Put for furnishing of bail bonds and framing of notice on 19.01.2027.
