Present: Ms. Meenakshi, Ld. Counsel for the complainant through VC.
Ld. Counsel for complainant states that the findings made by the IO in
ATR dated 16.10.2023 are misplaced. She also states that as per the instructions
received from the complainant, she has not made any statement before the IO
concerned stating that she does not want any legal action on her complaint and that
said statement was falsely recorded by the IO by taking advantage of the fact that the
complainant is an illeterate lady.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
In view of the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for complainant, let
a notice be issued to DCP concerned for conducting a roving inquiry intot the
aforesaid facts and allegations levelled by the complainant regarding recording of
wrong statement of the complainant by IO/ASI Krishna and file report on the NDOH.
DCP is also directed to get done the proper inquiry into the
complaint dated 27.09.2021 stated to be given by the complainant to SHO PS
Narela and file ATR on the NDOH.
Be listed for further proceedings on 28.09.2026.
Let copy of this order be sent to concerned DCP for compliance.
