Present: Sh. Vikas Sharma, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Accused persons are absent.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for complainant that accused
persons are aware about the proceeding despite that they are not appearing
before the court. That Ld. Counsel for accused had appeared before the court
on 29.11.2023. That the matter was listed for mediation proceedings, however,
the mediation proceedings got failed and now the accused persons are not
appearing. That, inadvertently, when the court was on leave the matter was
listed for grant of bail, framing of notice, appearane of accused whereas in the
present case notice has already been framed.
Perusal of the file reveals that accused persons are not appearing
before the court.
Since accused persons are absent despite knowledge of the present
case, in view of the same, court is constrained to issue BW against accused
persons.
Issue BW against accused persons in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with
one surety of like amount, returnable on NDOH i.e. 18.01.2027.
