An application for cancellation of NBW has been filed on behalf of accused. Heard.
NBW against accused are cancelled subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to the complainant before
NDOH. Accused is warned to be careful in future.
Ld. Counsel for accused affirms that he has received complete set of documents.
Offence being bailable in nature, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond
and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-. Bail bond and surety bond not furnished. Time granted till
next date of hearing.
Personal bond for accused furnished and accepted till NDOH.
Let surety bond be furnished positively on NDOH.
At this stage, Both parties have jointly submitted that they wish to explore the possibility
of settlement in the present matter. Accordingly, with joint consensus, the present matter is referred to
Mediation Cell for 07.07.2026 at 02:00 P.M.
Mediation from be signed by both the parties today itslef. Both parties are directed to
remain present during the proceedings before the Mediation Cell and in case the matter is received back
as unsettled from mediation cell due to the non-appearance of the parties, then serious view will be
taken which may include imposition of heavy cost.
In case the matter does not get settled, put up before Court for framing of notice on
26.09.2026.
