tranquility, since, he was spreading false information that “ pathrav
ho raha hai”. That the area was communally sensitive and the pathrav
call in such situation was unwarnted.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submitted that an FIR
regarding the incident was already registered bearing No.570/2023,
U/s 323/341 IPC and that the call made by the complainant was not
fake and was grounded in reality. That still a preventive action was
taken against him u/s 108 Cr.P.C without any grounds.
ACP has shown ignorance as to whether any FIR was
registered regarding the incident which the complainant had reported.
Let, the aforesaid fact be verified by ACP concerned and
a report in this regard be filed on 18.05.2024.
