Accused submits that he has paid Rs. 5 lakhs to the complainant and he is
ready to pay the remaining sum of around Rs. 15 lakhs to the complainant.
Complainant submits that he has only received a sum of Rs. 15,000/- from the
accused.

In view of the above, both the parties are directed to appear physically on
NDOH for clarification regarding the payment received by the complainant from the
accused.
