Fresh case received by way of assignment. Ahlmad is directed to check and register.
Present: None.
Complainant is directed to file complaint, documents and affidavit in original in
court before next date of hearing. All the exhibits annexed with affidavit shall also be marked,
initialed and dated by the oath commissioner.
Reader-cum-Ahlmad/Asstt. Ahlmad are directed to ensure that when the physical
file is received entry of the same duly made in the institution register against the signature of the
counsel/official submitting the file. The respective counsels is directed to mention the name
and enrollment number against the signature.
Reader-cum-Ahlmad is further directed to verify and file the report with respect to
the following-
1. Prescribed computer typed metadata form is in physical as well as in digital file.
2. Match the original documents with digital file and keep the file in safe custody.
3. All documents appearing in digital file are deposited in the court.
4. All documents appearing in digital file are legible.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to visit the Digital Court Work
Station at 5th floor, Porta Cabin-F for submitting the physical file/PF/Vakalatnama/Bail
Bond etc. between 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
In light of the circular Ref no. DLSA/North/Rohini/1st/NLA/469 wherein all the
criminal compoundable matters especially Section 138 NIA matters consisting of cheque
amount below Rs. 2 lakh are to be entertained in the Lok Adalat, matter be put up before the
upcoming National Lok Adalat on 09.03.2024.
Be relisted in the court on 29.10.2024.
