Prima facie complaint appears to be barred by limitation.
Ld. counsel for complainant submits that complaint is filed within limitation.
E-filing history be filed through e-mail before the NDOH.
Also, Upon perusal of the complaint, it has come to notice that the return memo
of the cheque in question states the reason for return for both the presentment on one return
memo.
The complainant wishes to call the bank witness to testify the said fact.
Issue summons to the concerned bank witness of AXIS BANK. Diet money be
paid on the spot. PF be filed within seven days from today.
Concerned bank witness is to appear before the court through VC link of the court and
sent the requisite documents on the official email id of the court.
Summons be given dasti to the complainant.
Put up on 13.05.2025 for appearance of bank witness/ summoning of accused.
