Submitting that vakalatnama for defendant no. 3 has also been filed
electronically, Ld. Counsel Mr.Sunil Kumar seeks time to file physical vakalatnama.
Let the same be filed today itself.
Let WS by defendant no. 3 be filed within statutory period after
supplying advance copy to the opposite counsel against acknowledgment.
Thereafter replication be filed in the like manner.
WS by defendant no. 2 is not filed till time. Accordingly, defence of
defendant no. 2 is struck off.
Record shows that counter claim has also been filed by defendant no. 1
and reply to the same has been filed by plaintiff. Let same be registered separately.
Report be also submitted by the office regarding sufficiency of
court fees.
Let replication to the reply to the counter claim be also filed by
defendant no. 1 after supplying advance copy to the opposite counsel against
acknowledgment.
Put up for appearance of parties, admission / denial of
documents if any / examination under Order 10 CPC / exploration of the
chances of resolution of dispute by alternate mode under Order 89 CPC
