Subhash Nagar. However, refusal report is received from the address of
Kirpal Bagh. Accordingly, issue summons for settlement of issues of the
present suit to the defendant No. 3 at this address on filing of PF (within
one week), Speed Post & AD, returnable for 14.07.2026. Report
obtained from internet in respect of the service to this defendant through
Speed Post be placed on record by the counsel for the plaintiff.
Process is directed to be affixed in case defendant No. 3 is
found unavailable or refusal or house found locked. Process server is
also directed to take the photographs and file the same on record with
