has been filed on behalf of the accused Janak Lal on the ground that he has
to appear before his examination at Guwahati.
Heard. Considered.
Accused Janak Lal is exempted from his personal appearance
for today only. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
Proxy counsel Sh. Tushar Sharma submits before the court
that the main counsel Sh. Pradeep Yadav for accused Nitin is not in a
position to appear before the court today on account of demise of his father
and requested for an adjournment.
PW Duty Office Sarwan and Reader ACP HC Gulshan are
present. They are discharged unexamined.
Let fresh summons be issued to the witnesses in terms of
previous order along with IO & MHC(M) for the NDOH.
