It is submitted by Ld Counsel for the plaintiff that
the plaintiff do not wants to file any replication in the present
case to the WS of the defendant.
Pleadings are complete. On the basis of pleadings,
following issues are framed for trial:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for the decree of
Rs. 85,00,000/-, as prayed for? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for interest
@18% per annum, if so, from when and till which
period, as prayed for ? OPP
3. Whether the present suit do not discloses any
cause of action? OPD
4. Whether this court has jurisdiction to adjudicate and
try the present suit? OPD.
5. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for by the parties.
Let list of witnesses alongwith affidavits of the
witnesses be filed by both the parties within 15 days from today
with advance copy to the opposite party.
