The present criminal appeal U/s 374 (3) Cr.PC is filed
against the impugned judgment of conviction dated 07.09.2024 and
order on sentence dated 22.10.2024 passed by the Court of Ld.
JMFC-01, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in Ct. Case
No.58190/2016 titled as ‘M/s. Jagbir Singh
Vs. Babu Lal' whereby
Ld. Trial Court has convicted the appellant / accused for the offence
punishable U/s 138 NI Act.
Heard. The appeal is admitted subject to just
exceptions.
An application under section 389 (1) Cr. PC (430
BNSS) for suspension of order on sentence and grant of bail is filed
alongwith the present appeal.
Submissions Heard. Record perused.
The impugned order of sentence dated 22.10.2024
stands suspended till the disposal of the present appeal and
appellant is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond and
surety bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- to the satisfaction of the
concerned ld. JMFC/ld. Link JMFC. The appellant is also directed
to deposit 20% of the compensation amount within 60 days from
today in the form of FDR in the name of this Court.

Issue notice of present appeal to the Respondent, on
filing of PF/RC, within 07 days, returnable for NDOH.
List the matter for appearance of parties as well as for
