following issues are settled for trial:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for the possession
of the suit property bearing no. Plot no. 12, Area
measuring 70 sq yds out of khasra no. 240 situated
in the area of village Bhalswa Jahangirpuri Abadi
known as B Block, Gali no. 5/16, Guru Nanak Dev
Colony within Bhalswa Jahangirpuri Delhi 110042,,
as prayed for? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for mesne profit @
Rs. 15000/- per month w.e.f 01.12.2020 along with
interest @15 % per anum? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for permanent
injunction as prayed for? OPP
4. Whether the suit property is undivided joint family
property?OPD2.
5. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for by the parties.

Evidence affidavit along with list of witnesses be
filed within 15 days from today and be also supplied to the
