Jaggi on medical condition.

Accused Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi is exempted from his
personal appearance for today only. The application stands disposed of
accordingly.
Matter is listed for framing of charges. However, Ld.
Counsel for the accused Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi submits that accused
Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi is not present being met with an accident and he
is bed ridden. He further submits that all the accused persons are willing
to concede the charges against all the accused persons. Ld. Counsel has
requested for an adjournment as accused Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi is not
present to sign the charges framed against him.
