Gunashekhar & Anr.” Civil Appeal No. 5200/25 has mandated to
all the Courts that if a litigant claims payment of more than
Rs.2,00,000/- cash towards any transaction whatsoever, then the
same has to be reported to the Income Tax Authorities.
