It is submitted by the SPA Holder of the plaintiff that
the plaintiff has settled the dispute with the defendant out of the
Court for sum of Rs. 3,50,000/-. The plaintiff has received the
full and final payment from the defendant and now nothing
remains due against the defendant. He prays that this suit may be
disposed of as settled. Let separate statement of the Counsel for
SPA Holder of the plaintiff be recorded. Separate statement of
the SPA Holder of the plaintiff, has been recorded.
Perused. Considered. In view of the statement given
by the SPA Holder of the plaintiff, this suit stands disposed of as
