respondent no. 2.
Ld. counsel for the respondent no. 2 seeks two weeks
time for filing the reply to the revision petition. Not opposed.
Heard.
At request and in the larger interest of justice, a last
and final opportunity is granted to the respondent no. 2 for filing
reply to the revision petition with direction to supply the copy of
the same to the opposite party in advance at least 15 days prior to
next date of hearing. It is hereby made clear that no further
opportunity is granted for the said very purpose.
At this stage, it is jointly submitted that compromise
talks are on going on between the parties.
Put up for compromise if any / reply / arguments on
23.01.2026.
Interim order, if any, be continued till the next date of
hearing.
