An application for vacation of suspension of
sentence has been moved on behalf of respondent. Same be taken
on record. Copy supplied to opposite party.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for appellant has
submitted that the appellant is not in condition to deposit whole
20% of the compensation amount, in compliance of previous
order dated 06.11.2024 and he could get DD amounting to Rs.2
lakhs only.
Ld. Counsel for appellant seeks short adjournment
for moving an application for part waiver of deposition of 20% of
the compensation amount.
Submissions heard. Appellant is at liberty to move
any such application and it is made clear that the 20% of the
compensation has to be deposited in the form of FDR as already
prescribed in previous order dated 06.11.2024.
At this stage, Ld. Counsels for the parties submit
that the matter may be referred to the Mediation Centre, North
District, Rohini Court, New Delhi to explore the possibility of
settlement.
Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear
before the Mediation Centre, North District, Rohini Court, New
Delhi on 22.03.2025 at 12:00 Noon. ….Contd2/-
