the jurisdiction of this court has been mentioned by the DH.
Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that decree may be
transferred to the Courts at Saket, New Delhi for execution,
Let the certificate of transfer of decree be prepared
and sent to Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Saket
Courts, New Delhi, with request to sent it to the court having
jurisdiction. Nazir is directed to prepare and issue the Transfer
Certificate in this regard.
