The present complaint has been registered on 11/04/2022
by one Sailesh on the allegations of internet banking fraud whereby a
sum of Rs. 4,55,000/- has been withdrawn from his bank account at
Indusind Bank. The same after inquiry was found transferred in the
Bank account of Subasini Panda, the applicant herein who further
transferred the said amount in the account of her daughter Lopamudra
Priyadarshinyee and her son. Although, it is submitted by the IO that
inquiry is under the process and the FIR is yet to be registered.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for applicant that she is
ready and willing to join the investigation. There is no previous
involvement of the applicant, however, the IO submits that the son of
the applicant is involved in similar offence in FIR No. 44/24, PS –
Cyber South District. The applicants are ladies and it is submitted by
the Ld. Counsel that they have not received any such notice yet they
are ready to join the inquiry.
Let the accused/applicant join the investigation as and
when required by the IO in accordance with law. Till then, no coercive
steps be taken.
Put up for arguments on the application on 06/11/2024.
