Present: Shri Sanjay Kumar, proxy counsel for Ms.
Dhaneshwari, counsel for plaintiff with plaintiff in
person.
Steps not taken and hence summons not issued to the
defendants. Instead of filing PF, the plaintiff had moved an
application during summer vacations on 11.06.2025 for
submitting fresh address of the defendant. For not taking steps, a
cost of Rs.5,000/- is imposed upon the plaintiff payable in favour
of DLSA North Rohini, Delhi and the receipt is to be filed by
next date.
The application is allowed and the plaintiff is
required to file amended memo of parties within 7 days from
today. Fresh address of the defendant is taken on record.
Issue fresh summons to the defendants through three
modes.
First mode is through RC on filing of PF/RC within
7 days from today directing them to file written statement within
30 days of service.
Second mode is through Nazarat Branch of this
court.
Third mode is through What’sApp number.
PF, RC and amended memo of parties be filed within
7 days from today.
