Whether the plaintiff is entitled to Possession of the suit property i.e. Property No.120, area measuring 12.5 sq. mtrs., Block-M, Layout Plan, J.J. Colony, Bawana, Delhi - 110039 ? OPP 2. Whether the loan agreement dated 13.09.2023 is forged ? OPD 3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to Declaration that documents executed by Smt. Prabha Kumari in favour of Smt. Sanjeela qua suit property, are illegal and void ? OPP 4. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to Permanent Injunction restraining defendants from creating third party interest over the suit property ?
