of documents are filed on behalf of defendant Nos, 1 & 2 CPC. Copy is
supplied.
Let replication and reply to application u/O 39 Rule 4 CPC
be filed by the plaintiff after supplying advance copy to the opposite
counsel against acknowledgment. However, it is clarified that
application under Order 39 Rule 4 CPC shall be disposed off with the
application u/o 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC filed by the plaintiff.
Now, put up arguments on application u/o 39 Rule 1 & 2
CPC as well as arguments on application u/O 39 Rule 4 CPC filed by
defendants for 10.08.2026.
Now, date is changed at the request of plaintiff for
