Counsel for plaintiff along with Sh. Vinod Kumar Jain, Proprietor of the plaintiff firm. Mr. Siddharth, Ld. Counsel for defendant. It is informed that the matter involved in the present case has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi vide Settlement/Agreement dated 14.03.2026, and in terms of the said settlement/Agreement, the defendant has agreed to pay total sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in three installments. The first installment of Rs.1,00,000/- is to be paid on or before 07.05.2026 the second insallment of Rs.1,00,000/- is to be paid on or before 07.08.2026 and the last installment of Rs.8,00,000/- is to be paid on or before 15.12.2026. The Memorandum of Settlement is Ex.P1. Accordingly, the plaintiff has sought permission to pass a consent decree in the present suit as settled. Let the statement of the proprietor of the plaintiff firm be recorded separately. Statement of Proprietor of the plaintif firm qua the settlement recorded separately. In view of the statement of Proprietor of the plaintiff firm and in terms of Settlement/ Agreement Ex.P1, a consent decree is hereby passed. Consent Decree be prepared accordingly. -- 1 of 2 -- Both the parties have undertaken to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement/ Agreement Ex.P1. The present suit is stands disposed of accordingly. A certificate for refund of Court Fees, as per Rules, be issued. File, after due compliance, be consigned to Record Room.
