Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits her unawareness about the order and she
indicates that last order is not even found uploaded. Opposed heavily.
This submission is definitely a frail attempt on part of plaintiff to avoid
compliance of order of this court as :
1) the last order was passed in presence of then counsel for plaintiff ;
2) If a party intends to go through the order in detail, availability of same on
official site is not the only means available. Inspection could have been carried
or certified copy could be applied but nothing is done on part of plaintiff ;
3) Uploaded order is still informed by the staff of the court as available on official
site and this fact is also confirmed by this court.
Hence, Ld. Counsel is warned to be careful and responsible in making
frivolous / scandalizing pleas.
In the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to plaintiff to comply
with the last order by producing copies of the following documents on affidavit within a
week :
1) Documents executed by Ms. Savita Chakraborty in favour of Jaspal ;
2) Perpetual lease deed dated 22.09.1991 executed by DDA in
favour of Savita Chakraborty ;
3) Documents purported to be executed by Jaspal in favour of plaintiff.
The plaintiff is directed to produce original of above documents on next
date.
Put up for further proceedings on 16.09.2026.
