Counsel for plaintiff that new AR Sh. Aawesh Kumar be substituted in place of previous AR Sh. Deepu Tiwari as previous AR Sh. Deepu Tiwari is no longer available to represent the company. Heard. Application perused. The application is allowed and the new AR Sh. Sh. Aawesh Kumar is substituted in place of previous AR Sh. Deepu Tiwari and permitted to continue with the suit. -- 1 of 2 -- - 2- So far as the application moved under Section 89 CPC is concerned, same is not pressing by the Ld. Counsel for plaintiff at this stage as defendant is not ready for settlement. Hence, the application being moved under Section 89 CPC r/w Order 10 Rule 1A to 1C & u/sec. 151 CPC on behalf of the plaintiff stands dismissed as not pressed for. Application bearing no. IA/2/2026 & application bearing no. IA/03/2026 stands disposed of accordingly. File perused. Neither the plaintiff nor the defendant has filed affidavit of their witnesses respectively. List of witnesses has also not been filed. Let plaintiff as well as defendant are directed to file list of witnesses as well as affidavit of their respective witnesses within 15 days from today and exchange/supply the advance copy to opposite party.
