to the proposed defendant.
4 At this stage, Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 1, 2 and 3 has stated
that certain documents are illegible and seeks direction for supply of
legible copies of the same. Heard. Let legible copies of the all the
documents be provided to the counsel for the defendant no. 1, 2 and 3
within 07 days from today.
