1. Fresh transfer petition under Section 24 CPC received
by way of assignment. It be checked and registered.
Notice of the transfer petition is not being issued to
the respondents, as in the main case notice has still not been issued
to them.
2. Ld. Counsel for petitioner argued that he has filed four
cases, which are pending in different courts. Earlier he had filed
two cases i.e. case no. 807/2026 titled Laxmi Chand Vs. DDA &
Ors., and case no. 809/2026 titled Phoolo Devi Vs. DDA & Ors.,
which are pending the court of Mr. Akbar Siddique, Ld. DJ, North,
Rohini, Delhi. Though the plaintiffs are different but the
defendants are the same in all the cases. The land in dispute of all
cases falls in same Gram Sabha Lampur. Common question of law
and facts are involved. He has requested that the latter filed 4 cases
be transferred to the court where earlier filed two cases are already
pending.
3. The defendant is the same in all the cases. The cases
belong to the land of same Gram Sabha Lampur. Common
question of law and facts are involved in all the cases. In order to
avoid multiplicity of proceedings and conflicting judgments in
respect of same parties and property, it is expedient in the interest
of justice that all the matters be tried by the same Court.
4. Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed and the
cases detailed below are transferred to the court of Mr. Akbar

Siddique, Ld. DJ, North, Rohini, Delhi, where two earlier
instituted cases are pending.
(i) Case No. 811/2026 titled Chandgi Ram though
Attorney Rehana Khatri Vs. DDA & Ors., pending in the court of
Ms. Aanchal, Ld. DJ, North, Rohini, Delhi.
(ii) Case No. 9686/2026 titled Satya Prakash Vs. DDA &
Ors. pending in the court of Ms. Preeti Prewa, Ld. DJ, North,
Rohini, Delhi.
(iii) Case No. 9687/2026 titled Ratan Lal through Attorney
Rajiv Kumar Vs. DDA & Ors., pending in the court of Ms. Preeti
Prewa, Ld. DJ, North, Rohini, Delhi.
(iv) Case titled Goverdhan through Attorney Rajiv Khatri
Vs. DDA & Ors., which is yet at the filing stage.
It is made clear that the direction is not for clubbing of
cases. Direction is not to decide them by one common judgment.
The call is to be taken by the transferee court idependently.
5. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned
court on 10.10.2026 at 2.00 PM.
6. A copy of this order be sent to all the courts concerned
for intimation and necessary compliance.
7. Transfer petition file be consigned to Record Room.
