in the open court today, a decree for a sum of Rs.50,47,000/-
alongwith cost is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the
defendant nos. 1, 3 and 4. The plaintiff shall also be entitled to
pendentelite and future interest @ 9% per annum on the principal
amount of Rs.49,00,000/- from the date of the suit till realization.
Decree-sheet be prepared.
