It is a matter of record that complainant M/s Unistone
Panels Pvt. Ltd. i.e. respondent herein has approached Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi seeking interim deposit of amount in terms of Sec.
148 N.I. Act.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent/complainant has filed a
photocopy of order dated 28.10.2025 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi
passed in Crl. M.C. 735/2024 titled as “Unistone Panels Pvt. Ltd. vs.
Priy Anurag”, as per which proceedings before the Hon’ble High
Court are now listed on 21.04.2026.
Accordingly, to come up for further proceedings before
this Court, on 18.05.2026.
