At this stage, it is pointed out by Ld. Counsel for
accused Avesh @ Pollard that an application under section 439
Cr. PC for grant of regular bail moved on behalf of
applicant/accused Avesh @ Pollar is pending on record.
Arguments on the present application heard and the
same has been disposed off vide separate order of even date.
Notice issued to DCP concerned received back duly
served.
Status report has been received on behalf of DCP
concerned in a sealed envelope. Same is opened and on perusal
of the same, it is mentioned that FSL result of Ballistic Division
pertaining to one fire arm has been received and the same shall
be filed by way of supplementary charge-sheet along with
permission under section 39 Arms Act. .....Contd2/-

It is further mentioned in the status report that
another FSL result of Ballistic Division is still awaited and
efforts have been made for expediting the same.
In view of the above, let fresh notice be issued to
DCP concerned with the directions to expedite the FSL result and
to file status report qua the same on next date of hearing.
IO concerned be called in person on NDOH.
Be awaited for supplementary charge-sheet as well
as for arguments on the point of charge on 12.02.2025.
