Court, today.

the revisionist.

1. The present revision petition, which has been filed by
revisionist namely Laveena Sharma u/s 397/399 Cr.PC/438 BNSS
seeking partial modification in the impugned order, is directed
against the impugned order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the Court of
Ms. Preeti, Ld. MM/Mahila Court-01, North District, Rohini Courts,
Delhi, in case titled as “State vs. Manisha Sharma” bearing Cr. Case
No. 6251/2020, whereby after hearing arguments on the point of
charge, the Ld. Trial Court discharged respondents no. 2 & 3 herein
for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and further discharged
respondent no. 3 herein for the offence punishable u/s 406 IPC.
2. Notice issued to respondent no. 2 Manish Sharma
received back unserved with report “premised found locked”. Same
is the report upon the notice issued to respondent no. 3 Anubhav
Sharma.
3. Ld. Counsel for the revisionist submits that respondents
no. 2 & 3 would be appearing before the Court of Ms. Priya Jhanghu,
Ld. JMFC, North Distt., Rohini Courts, Delhi, on 20.02.2025 in

connection with case titled as “State vs. Manisha Sharma” bearing
Ct. Case No. 6251/2020 FIR No. 76/2020 PS Prashant Vihar. It is
accordingly requested that respondents no. 2 & 3 be order to be
served before the above said Court on 20.02.2025.
4. The request is allowed.
5. Issue fresh notices of the present revision petition to
respondents no. 2 & 3 on filing of PF within 7 working days.
Notices be also given dasti to the Ld. Counsel for the revisionist
who is at liberty to get the same served upon respondents no. 2 &
3 before the Court of Ms. Priya Jhanghu, Ld. JMFC, North
Distt., Rohini Courts, Delhi, on 20.02.2025.
6. To come up for report of service/appearance of
respondents on 30.04.2025.
