Present : Sh. Ashish Goel, Counsel for the petitioners
File taken up on the application of the petitioners for
issuance of the guardianship certificate. It is being informed that
petitioner No. 3 has attained majority on 17.09.2024 after the
passing of the judgement dated 23.08.2024. So as far as
petitioner No. 3 is concerned, there is no need for any
guardianship certificate or permission to sell her share as per
judgement dated 23.08.2024, once she has attained majority.
As far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned, she is still a
minor and hence the judgement dated 23.08.2024 shall only be
operative as regards her, who shall be issued the guardianship
certificate once the necessary formalities are completed.
The application is disposed off.
File be consigned to record room after necessary
compliance.
