Two separate bail applications have been moved on
behalf of accused Mangi Devi and Pushpender Kumar Meena.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Accused Mangi Devi and Pushpender Kumar Meena
have been charge sheeted without arrested and there is no useful
purpose would be served in keeping them in custody. Hence,
accused Mangi Devi and Pushpender Kumar Meena are
admitted to bail on furnishing of personal bond and surety
bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-. Personal bonds are furnished
on behalf of accused Mangi Devi and Pushpender Kumar and
same are accepted till next date of hearing. Both the accused
persons are directed to furnish personal bond and surety
bond on next date of hearing.

Copy of charge sheet supplied to accused Mangi
Devi and Pushpender Kumar against due acknowledgement.
Issue notice to IO to apprise the court about the
FSL result and status of investigation with regard to co-
accused Pawan, who is yet to be arrested.
