An application seeking exemption is filed on behalf
of accused Pushpender Kumar Meena stating that he is not able
to appear physically in the court as his wife is admitted in
hospital as she has recently delivered a baby. Copy of the medical
documents is enclosed with the application.
At this stage, accused Pushpender Kumar Meena has
appeared through VC.
Submissions heard.
On the last date of hearing, NBWs were issued

against accused Pushpender Kumar Meena and same are
returned back uenexecuted.
Considering the fact that new born child of the
accused is still in ICU and there is medical record also in this
regard, NBWs issued against accused are cancelled. Bail bonds
are restored.
Application for exemption from physical appearance
is allowed.
Put up for arguments on charge on 23.08.2024.
