Written statement and reply to the application under Order 39 Rule 1 &
2 CPC alongwith list of documents is filed on behalf of defendant no. 1. Let the copy
of the same be supplied to the plaintiff within two days against acknowledgment.
An application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC r/w Order 1 Rule 10 and
section 151 CPC alongwith amended plaint, amended memo of parties, application
under section 80 (2) CPC, application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC and liast of
documents including missing pendrive are filed on behalf of plaintiff. Copy of the said
documents except the pendrive only to defendant no. 3, are supplied. Let the copy of
the pendrive be supplied to defendant no. 3 within two days against
acknowledgment.
Defendants are directed to file reply to the application under
Order 6 Rule 17 CPC r/w Order 1 Rule 10 and section 151 CPC by next date
after supplying copy to the opposite counsel against acknowledgment.
