Ms. Neelam Pathak, Counsel for defendant.
Counsel for defendant has submitted that two
applications of defendant are pending. First is U/o 7 Rule 11
CPC, second is U/o 11 Rule 14 CPC. The first application has
not been pressed and hence the same is dismissed as withrawn.
Vide second application, the defendant wants that
the plaintiff should deliver him copy of plaint, WS, Replication,
plaintiff’s documents, defendant’s document, application, reply
and affidavit filed by him in CS (Comm) No.346 of 2023 titled as
Hahnemann Pure Drug Co. Vs. Shri Kamal Raheja, in which the
plaintiff is the defendant.
It is the admitted fact that the plaintiff of this case is
defendant in above mentioned case. So, the application is
allowed and the plaintiff is directed to supply copy of above
mentioned documents to the defendant within 15 days from today
and file on court record by next date. The next stage shall be for
framing of issues.
Put up for that purpose on 29.05.2025.
