Previous costs of Rs.2,500/- by way of demand draft (in
name of Sh. Rajbir) has been handed over to son of plaintiff.
Written statement of defendant no.1 and 2 is taken on
record.
Counsel for the parties state that mediation is not possible at
this stage.
Affidavit of admission / denial of the document has already
been filed by the parties. Copy already supplied.
Framing of issues is pressed for.
Pleadings of the parties are complete. From the pleadings of
the parties, following issues are hereby framed :
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to Possession of suit property i.e.
as shown in green colour in site plan of the property bearing
No.108 out of Khasra No.23/2, 2nd Floor, Street No.13, Sushant
Vihar, Ibrahim Pur, Delhi – 110036 measuring 49.1/2 sq. yds ?

2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to Mesne Profits @ Rs.8,000/- per
month from the date of filing of suit till handing over of vacant
possession ? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to Permanent Injunction
restraining defendants, their legal heirs, agent etc., from creating

No other issue arises or is pressed for.
List of witnesses, if any, be filed by both the parties within 15 days
from today.
Now, to come up for PE by way of affidavit on 23.12.2025.
Advance copy of affidavit of witnesses be supplied to the opposite
party at least one week prior to the next date.
